Deal Circle Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Deal Circle: Spades Card Game is an Android game published by Sezarr (Mirza Games) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game does with your data.

The short version

What stays on your phone

The game stores on your phone, with Android's app storage: your settings (sound, music, vibration, rules and display options), games in progress, your statistics, your Journey progress, your collection, and a note of which purchases you own. Nothing here is uploaded by us. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app removes all of it.

Crash reports

If the game crashes or hits an unexpected error, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics (Google) so we can fix the problem. A report contains the technical error and where in the code it happened, the app version, the phone model and Android version, the state of the device at that moment (for example free memory), the time, and a random installation identifier created by Firebase. It contains no name, no email and no game content, and it is not linked to your Google account. Reports are used only to find and fix bugs. Crash reporting runs in every copy of the game and cannot be turned off in the app. You can stop it by uninstalling the game, and you can ask us to delete the reports linked to your installation (see below).

Anonymous usage events

The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to learn, in aggregate, how the game is used, for example which game modes are popular and where players stop. It records anonymous events, such as a game starting, a setting changing, a rule tip being shown, a purchase starting or finishing, and an ad being shown, together with a random app-instance identifier, the phone model, the Android version, the app language and your approximate region (derived from your IP address). It contains no name, no email and no contact details. Firebase may also use your device's advertising ID for these events. Analytics runs in every copy of the game and cannot be turned off in the app. You can ask us to delete the data linked to your app instance (see below).

Game settings

The game uses Firebase Remote Config to download small settings, such as how often ads may appear, without an app update. For this Firebase uses a Firebase installation ID together with the app version and your device's language, country setting and time zone.

Google Play Games

Google Play Games is not switched on yet. When it is, the game will sign you in only to post achievements and leaderboard scores, only when Google Play Games is available on your phone, and only with the data that Google Play Games itself handles (for example your player profile, your scores and the achievements you unlock). The game does not need it to be played. Google stores this data under its own privacy policy, and you can delete your Play Games profile and its games data through your Play Games profile or your Google Account. We will update this page before it is switched on if anything here changes.

Purchases

The game offers optional purchases, remove_ads (Remove ads) and table_pack (a table pack that unlocks extra card backs, card faces and table cloths), handled by Google Play Billing. We never see your card or payment details. The game receives from Google Play only the product ID and a purchase token, to unlock what you bought, and keeps a local note on your phone that you own it. You can use Restore purchases to get it back on a new phone. Google Analytics for Firebase records that a purchase started or finished.

Ads

Ads are shown only when they are turned on in a version of the game; a version without ads starts no ad code and makes no ad request. When ads are on, the game uses AppLovin (MAX), which works with ad networks, and shows them only between games, never during a turn. Where the law requires consent (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the game first shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) and shows ads only as your choice allows; you can change your choice again in Settings. The ad SDKs can then use your device's advertising ID, approximate location (from your IP address), information about how ads are shown and used, and diagnostic data, to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, under their own privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings at any time. The game does not use Google AdMob or Google AdSense. Remove ads (above) turns the ads off.

Permissions

The game asks for no camera, microphone, contacts, location or storage permission. It uses the internet to send crash reports and usage events, to download settings, for purchases, for ads when they are on, and for Google Play Games when it is on. It uses vibration only for the optional vibration setting.

Children

Deal Circle is designed for a general audience of age 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, and the game applies no child-directed treatment to ads or analytics. The game has no accounts, no chat and no real-money play. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game, email us and we will delete the data we can link to the device.

Third parties

How to request deletion of your data

Deal Circle has no accounts and keeps your game data on your phone, so there is nothing of yours for us to delete on a server. To remove data:

  1. Game data on your phone (saves, statistics, settings, Journey, collection, purchase note): clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app.
  2. Crash and usage data (Crashlytics installation ID, Firebase app-instance ID, device model, Android version, crash logs, anonymous usage events) is held by Firebase. To have it deleted, email sezarr.com@gmail.com with the subject "Deal Circle data deletion request" and your device model. We delete the data linked to your app installation within 30 days and confirm by email.
  3. Google Play Games data (once it is switched on) is held by Google; delete it through your Play Games profile or your Google Account.
  4. Advertising identifiers are controlled by Android. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings > Google > Ads. Once ads are switched on, AppLovin handles requests about the advertising data it holds under its own privacy policy.
  5. Purchase records are held by Google Play under its own policy.
