Sezarr Invoice is an Android app to make invoices, estimates and receipts, published by Sezarr (Mirza Games) ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app does with your data.
Everything you enter is saved on your phone, in the app's private storage, so that the app works offline:
Your records are kept in a database encrypted with SQLCipher (AES-256). The database key is random, is created on your phone the first time you open the app, and is held with the Android Keystore through secure storage. It never leaves your phone and is never shown. Pictures and PDF files are saved as ordinary files in the app's private folder, which other apps cannot read; they are not inside the encrypted database, so they rely on Android's app isolation and your phone's own storage encryption.
Android's cloud backup (Auto Backup) is switched off for this app. Your records are not copied to Google Drive or to a new phone automatically. To move to a new phone, use the backup file described below.
The app has no camera, storage, photo or contacts permission. When you tap "Camera" or "Gallery" (for a logo, signature, stamp, item photo or receipt), Android opens its own camera or photo picker and hands the app only the one picture you chose. The app copies it (reduced in size) into its private folder. The app does not read your other photos and does not read your contacts: you type customer details yourself.
Sezarr Invoice Pro can be bought in the app as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is handled by Google Play Billing; we never see your card or payment details. The app asks Google Play which purchases your Google account holds, and keeps a local note on your phone that Pro is on (product, status and dates). Google tells us about sales in the Google Play Console (for example order number, product, price and country) under Google's own terms. Subscriptions renew until you cancel them in Google Play (Play Store > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions); the app has a link that opens that Google Play page.
The app asks Android for network access only so that Google Play Billing can work. It has no server of ours to talk to, and it sends no document data over the internet. Making and previewing PDFs works with no connection.
No name or email address of yours, no account, no location, no contacts, no microphone or camera access of its own, no advertising ID, no device identifiers for tracking, no usage statistics and no crash reports. We therefore have no data about you that we could sell, share or hand over.
When you enter your customers' names, addresses, tax numbers or contact details, they stay on your phone under your control. You are responsible for using them lawfully (for example in the invoices you send them), and for keeping your phone and backup files safe. We are not able to access, correct or delete that data for you, because we do not have it.
Sezarr Invoice is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Sezarr Invoice has no accounts and we hold none of your data on a server, so there is nothing of yours for us to delete.
