Solitaire, also called Klondike, is a card game for one player. Move all 52 cards onto four foundation piles, one per suit, from Ace up to King. On the table you stack cards downward in alternating red and black. Turn over hidden cards as you go, and you win when every card is on a foundation.

Transcript

  1. Solitaire is a card game for one. Your goal is to move all fifty-two cards onto four foundation piles, from Ace up to King.
  2. On the table, place a card on one that is a rank higher and the opposite colour, like a red six on a black seven.
  3. When a column becomes empty, only a King can move into it. Empty a column on purpose when you have a King ready.
  4. No move on the table? Tap the stock to draw a card onto the waste. The top waste card can be played.
  5. Move cards up to the foundations in order, Ace, two, three, one suit on each pile. You win when every pile reaches King.
  6. In Solitide, hints are free and unlimited. Tap Hint and the game rings a good move.
  7. In Spider, build a run from King down to Ace in one suit, and that run is lifted off the table. Clear every run to win.
  8. In FreeCell every card is face up. Four free cells hold one card each, and any card can start an empty column.
  9. A solver checks every Solitide deal first, so a win is always possible. If you are stuck, it can show you how.
  10. Play Solitide free on Google Play. It works offline, so you can play anywhere. iOS is coming soon.
